Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. One flat rate covers your whole group, so the fare does not change when a second or third passenger joins the trip.
Is the rate flat or metered?
Flat and fixed, confirmed before you book. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no surprise charges at drop-off.
Are tolls and bridge fees included?
Yes. Standard bridge and toll charges for your route are accounted for in the rate we confirm, so nothing is added at the end.
Is there a border wait fee?
There is no blanket border fee. Your flat rate includes the first 35 minutes at the border, and longer waits are billed transparently at $35 per hour.
Do you charge more for early morning or late night trips?
No. We operate 24 hours a day and your rate is set when you book, regardless of the hour.
How do I pay?
Cash or card. Cash has no added fee, and card payments include a 4% processing fee disclosed up front. For cross-border trips, payment is collected before crossing the border.

What can change your price
Listed rates are the sedan fare. A larger single vehicle adds a fixed amount to it. A group of seven or more travels in two minivans, so the route rate applies to each vehicle, and dispatch confirms the group total before you book.
- Your flat rate includes up to 35 minutes of border wait time. On the rare occasion a crossing runs longer, additional time is billed transparently at $35 per hour, with no hidden surcharges.
- Child seats are available on request. The first is included, and each additional seat is $10.
- Cash or card. Cash has no added fee, and card payments include a 4% processing fee disclosed up front. On cross-border trips, payment is collected before crossing the border.
