A round trip books your arrival and your return together, in the same request. Add your return date, time and pickup address alongside your outbound trip details, and our dispatch team plans both legs at once.
How round-trip booking works
When you fill out the booking form, toggle "Add a return trip." Your return pickup and dropoff addresses default to a swap of your outbound trip (so a Buffalo Airport pickup to a Fallsview hotel becomes a Fallsview hotel pickup back to Buffalo Airport), but you can edit either address if your plans differ.
Timing your return
For US departures, plan a standard airport-arrival buffer. For cross-border returns into the United States, add extra time for the crossing, our flat rate includes the first 35 minutes of border wait, and your driver plans pickup timing with that buffer built in.
What if my return flight changes?
Add your flight number to your return trip and we track it the same way as your arrival, adjusting pickup automatically if your flight is delayed or moved. If your plans change significantly, contact dispatch as early as possible.
Common questions
Can I book both legs at once?
Yes. Add your return date, time and pickup address to the same request and dispatch plans both legs together.
Does the return pickup have to be the drop-off address?
No. It often defaults to that address, but you can change it if you are staying somewhere different or attending an event before heading to the airport.
How much time should I leave for a cross-border return?
Enough for check-in plus the drive plus the crossing. A return into the US carries the same variable border wait as the outbound trip, and here a delay can cost you a flight.
Is a round trip cheaper than two one-way bookings?
Each leg is priced at its own flat rate. Booking both together does not change the fare, but it does mean the return is confirmed and planned rather than arranged later.
What if my return flight changes?
Contact dispatch as early as possible. Return details change more often than arrival details, and early notice is the difference between an adjustment and a scramble.
