Group trips are quote-first rather than fixed-rate, because the price depends on the real variables: how many passengers, how much luggage, whether everyone is on the same flight, and whether the trip crosses the border. What does not change is the structure. You are quoted per vehicle, flat, confirmed before you book, with no per-head surcharge added later and no surge pricing on event weekends.
For a party arriving on staggered flights, tell us the spread. Sometimes the right answer is one vehicle doing two runs rather than two vehicles waiting, and that is usually cheaper. Dispatch will say so.
What to send us for a group quote
The more precise your first message, the more accurate the quote and the less back-and-forth:
- Total passenger count, and how many are children needing seats
- Number and size of bags, including golf clubs, ski gear, or instrument cases
- Arrival flight numbers, and whether the group is on one flight or several
- Exact destination address, not just the city or hotel brand
- Whether you also need the return trip, which we plan at the same time

Will our group stay together crossing the border?
Yes, that is the point of coordinating the pair. Both vehicles travel together and cross together. Every passenger, including children, still needs their own valid passport or accepted travel document, and the whole party should have documents ready at the same time.
Can you handle a group arriving on different flights?
Yes, and it is worth telling us the spread up front. Depending on the gap between arrivals, the cheaper answer is sometimes a single vehicle making two runs rather than a second vehicle sitting idle. Dispatch will lay out both options with the quote.
